Having episodic artwork is an easy way to add uniqueness to your podcast, but is it worth all the extra time and effort to create?

PROS

• Adds uniqueness & elevated visualization
• Guest feature makes them feel special
• Re-use imagery for social promotion

CONS

• Careful to not have guest feature make them appear as the host of the podcast
• Difficult to update if there is a mass change in your podcast (i.e. name, branding, network)
• Time consuming & potentially expensive
• Smaller than main cover art in the feed
