Many homes are discarded by prospective buyers as not being appropriately priced before they've even been given a chance of a showing. Your asking price is often the home's first impression. Number 5, home sellers need an agent that can guide them through a home pricing strategy so they can command the most amount of money when it sells. That guidance includes knowledge of your home, knowledge of the market, pricing knowledge, and the ability to properly select recent similar sales to substantiate the value.
