• Just spoke with a young man that purchased a home from a ‘recommended’ real estate agent - Sight Unseen!
• (Turned out it was that agent's first transaction)

• Is It Really a Done Deal at Closing?
• Agent promised ALOT of Commute Time – WAY LONGER than promised
• Inspection Repairs Done? – NOT done by a licensed person – done by a Handyman (electrical)
