Dr. Carr is an Associate Professor of Recreation and Sport Pedagogy at Ohio University. He developed the on-line Master's Degree in Soccer Coaching that is offered in conjunction with United Soccer Coaches and he co-authored the new National Youth Diploma. Dr. Carr is a United Soccer Coaches National Staff Coach and member of the United Soccer Coaches Board of Directors.
