A few months ago it was announced that Spider-Man may no longer be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans were distraught and almost immediately started to take sides as to who was at fault: Sony (owner of the Spider-Man film rights) or Disney (owner of the MCU).
We have since learned the great news that Spider-Man is indeed back in the MCU! (Including some recent revelations on the unusual circumstances that help make that happen... we're looking at you Tom Holland).
This segment was originally recorded during the time when there was still some doubt about Spider-Man's future. We discuss our thoughts about whether Spider-Man could survive outside of the MCU and also the danger in people being too hasty to take a side or make hasty judgments in conflicts.
