Eric and Leslie welcome this week's guest Tom Ledford on Beyond the Business. Tom is a licensee of Zaxby's restaurants here in Charleston, SC. In this episode he shares stories from his upbringing and formative years. We discuss the constant questioning and deliberation of youth, the strength of negative motivators, and the audibles we are often forced to call when uncertainty arises. In college Tom developed a vision of a future where he loves his work and applied himself to reach his goals. Dedication and a hard work ethic, if developed and committed to, will result in good things.
