Description

Last weekend the season of the Jewish High Holy days began. It's a season of reflection and repentance that God commanded His people to observe in the Law. Each of the festivals foreshadowed future events, tying the Old Testament to the New. This week we'll hear about Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement. It is the highest holy day of the Jewish calendar. In the Old Testament, the High Priest approached the Ark of the Covenant and made an atoning sacrifice for the sins of the people. Listen as Steve Coleman explains how the legacy of this day impacts us today.
