Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Grief often catches us unaware, and can leave you and me feeling shattered. But God is near, even in those moments.
Revelation 21:4 says the Lord "will wipe every tear from their eyes." Gently, lovingly, God offers comfort.
