When I was in telecom, I learned a guideline that was great for our customers - that you should never invest in technology unless that technology helps you be more profitable or more competitive. We need to look at the tools that we use for our delivery business the same way: How will it help you be more profitable? How will it help you save money (and if you listen to Episode 9, you can see how we emphasize putting an actual value on your time. 

In this episode we talk about a number of items that can make a difference in your profitability. We don't go into recommendations here. I'd love to get your feedback if you think a review would be useful. Some of the items you want to think about are:
