One of the most imprtant things a business needs to do when planning for success is to know their market. Companies spend tons of money learning the market and trying to determine if they can be profitable.
We need to know our market. This is critical to our success. Here are Seven things you need to know about your market
1. You need to know the layout of your market. Make a map in your head.
2. You need to know the restaurants in your market
3. You need to know the players in the market - what delivery apps are doing well?
4. You need to know the traffic patterns in your market, know when and where to avoid getting stuck
5. You need to know what parking is like in different parts of your market.
6. You need to know the things that are happening in your market that will affect delivery.
7. You need to know what the residential areas are like.
