In this episode, I talked to local beekeeper, Pali Frazier about being "A Back Yard Beekeeper" (That's what he calls himself). For Pali Frazier taking care of bees and making honey is just a hobby but what an interesting one it is! In the interview he shared the basics of bees and beekeeping in Hawaii. Pali shared some interesting facts about bees, bee colony and how they make honey, what to do and how to do it- some things I didn't even know and I grew up as a child being around bees quite a bit and getting stung a lot.
