Lighting Culture is not a television advertisement or television programme produced and paid for by an organization but a textual analysis predicated on the excerpt  “Let there be light,” and there was light.from the scripture Genesis chapter 1 versus 3  Evidently this excerpt Light implies that it is critical to global citizens existence from time immemorial and therefore mitigating light in this discourse will be applied as a figuratively metaphorically and symbolically. This approach gives me poetic license and justification to apply Lighting Culture as a pretext a theoretical abstract, and a way of life practiced by all global citizens’ since it  transcends their cultural precincts of space and time Historically the term ” culture ” has two meanings: (1) the evolved human capacity to classify and represent experiences with symbols, and to act creatively; and (2) the distinct ways that people live in different parts of the world acted creatively and classified or represented their experiences. The overall significance of lighting in this narrative and an expression of the good and the beautiful is, then, divided into shades and sub-shades of meaning a view espoused by Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz.
