Shelby Kruse, Adamantine® Yoga Teacher & mama of 3, sits down with me to talk about her need for calm & a yoga practice that would give her time for just herself. It took losing a friendship & getting to a pretty dark place before Adamantine® Yoga came into her life & changed everything.
Now she inspires & teaches others with her daily yoga practice at the Adamantine® Yoga studio in Des Moines. Because of her consistency, this practice has helped her cope with depression and begin to release emotional stuff she's been holding onto for years. Practicing at the studio became a priority for her health, so it became a priority financially & schedule-wise for her family. And because of these changes, she is now living a happier, more harmonious life in relationship to herself and others.
