Last week in The Academy we issued a simple challenge: Create 1 piece of video content.
A lot of us stepped outside our comfort zone with this exercise. For others it was a natural challenge. But there's one thing that we all had in common: it created momentum. Perhaps it forced you to develop that first bit of momentum toward creating your brand identity.
With video content as well as any other system you're implementing in your business, we don't want perfection to be the enemy of progress. Your first video won't be perfect. Hell, your 100th probably won't. But each one will create momentum for the next until you've developed a strong identity for your business and coaches.
So, where do you need momentum? Perhaps you're waiting to schedule that free 1-on-1 mentoring call? Maybe you need to start on that staff handbook? Or maybe you need to fill out your cash flow calculator?
Whatever it is, it won't be perfect. But it will give you momentum. And that's better than perfection.
