David is now in full flight from Saul and Saul is in full pursuit of David. Vs 1-5 zero in on David’s new home and family in the Wilderness. Vs 6-23 shift the focus to Saul’s horrific massacre of the priests of the LORD and their families.
In this chapter I pray we can catch the wonderful rays of the Son of David shining forth from the narrative.
