Description

Biblical characters often have labels attached to them. David was a king and a man after God's heart. John was the disciple whom Jesus loved. Paul was an apostle and a tent maker. Well, Rahab was a prostitute. It was her identity. Pastor Doug encourages us that despite her reputation, her past, and identity, her faith was what God honored. It is by faith that we come to salvation and it is by faith that we please God. Our past does not determine our future. Instead we are assured that when we put our faith in Christ, like Rahab, our identities shift from a dirty past to a glorious destiny.
