Tracy Waite is a Cornwall-based personal trainer who works with clients 1:1, online and via a start up programme. Tracy also runs two Community Interest Companies aimed at physical and mental health well-being - Physical Activity Community (PAC) for Men which is a socially prescribed service and a Wednesday Walking Group.
