Avie and her late husband Rob Oleson are the founders of Happy Jack Spice. Rob had a passion for flavor, blending and creating seasonings. He was a patient chef and it showed in his signature meals and famous green chili. Avie describes her late husband as a cross between Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. Everything he made was with a seasoning he crafted over time, constantly tweaking until it was just right.
Avie came to the table with 38 years of meat, deli, and catering experience.
