I'm  talking with Steven Jaggers about how trauma is stored in the body and how to release trauma through different somatic healing modalities. One of which is breathwork. 

Breathwork is my favorite healing modality!

This type of work helps people to release stressors and overwhelm that has laid dormant within the body from our fast-paced modern lifestyle.

Communication is key! To me, the hardest thing about being a human is relationships, and I believe this is hard because it comes down to communication. Breathwork helps us to communicate better!
