Noelle is a leadership coach whose coaching journey began to unravel my own stories leading to me becoming a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) in 2015.
I am trained by iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). As one of the largest and top ICF-accredited training schools in the world, iPEC’s methodology has a proven track record of success, is based on 30 years of research and development, and has been field tested by some of the best coaches in the business.
I am also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI MP) also from iPEC.
I have a degree in Psychology and built an HR and Executive Coaching career at multiple Fortune 500 companies in the US and UK.
I live my life to the full, always because none of us are getting out here alive. I have asthma and bronchiectasis. This has in no way curtailed my passions in life, including running marathons and climbing Kilimanjaro in 2011. I adore theatre, am obsessed with traveling and exploring new places and countries, and have a wonderfully dry sense of humor.
Coaching is my WHY. I know anything is possible. It has transformed my life. Yes, Trauma changes people. It creates change you don’t want. The question to ask yourself is, what do I want MY change to look like?
I work 1:1 with professional women who are ready to make a change, stop hiding and speak up and show up in the spotlight of their own life.
