With gratitude, people acknowledge the goodness in their lives, and as a result, gratitude can help people connect to something larger than themselves as individuals — whether to other people, nature, or a higher power.
Having gratitude is important but how do we create gratitude and let this practice become our default habit? Gratitude is not just about keeping a journal. It's more than just writing things down in life.
