With many of us spending an increased amount of time at home, that's an environment we can certainly have an impact upon. Start to consider your unconscious choices and how you can use the environment to prompt you to make unconscious choices that support your goals (but often find so difficult to achieve) such as; eating habits, phone usage and exercise. Since noticing a transformation from creating some small changes to my own environment, I share with you the C.A.N approach and examples from my own lifestyle to show that a transformation is possible! If I can do it, you can too!
