Since I started focusing on the word consistently, my life seems to have got easier. I am more focused on things that are important to me and I feel less stressed! In this episode I will discuss being consistent with the language that we use with ourselves, learning new things such as a foreign language, exercise, food, taking a break and this may spark some other areas you could also apply consistency to your life.
