When we are uncomfortably cold it’s easy to recognise that we need to give ourselves the opposite, some warmth. When we feel tight in the body, perhaps from sitting too much or going for a run, most of us can recognise that we need to stretch and release. There are many other opposites available to us all of the time, to help keep us in balance.
