Sleep is the most undervalued pillar of health, however we cannot survive without it! As someone who struggled with sleep since I was a child, I used to dread going to bed, it’s only in the past couple of years I would say I have started to feel good about my sleep! We have 24 hours in the day and a chunk of these are dedicated to sleep, so let’s have a look at why sleep is so important and how we can improve the quality and quantity of our sleep.
