There are many aspects to yoga that no one talks about. The idea of experiencing contentment and bliss for many of us can definitely seem like a far fetched dream.
Whilst yoga is often known for it's physical benefits and stress reduction, when we expand our perspective we can use yoga as a tool to help achieve a deep inner contentment, a feeling of coming back home to who we truly are, without all the self-doubt, judgements and the need to be striving for something else. We can simply breathe and be in the moment.
Whilst it’s true we are physical beings here on earth, we are also so much more than that. You are a multidimensional creature!
