Description

Sheriff Agnar and Deputy Bjorn investigate what appears at first as a local suicide upon the jagged rocks at the foot of Latrabjarg Cliff  in the West Fjords. But soon, mounting evidence have the pair puzzled and wondering if the young man was actually KILLED, and if so, by whom, or WHAT.

ROUGH BASIC RECIPE FOR Kjotsupa:

• 11/2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoons garlic, chopped or minced
• 2 medium white onions, finely chopped
• oregano and basil and thyme to taste
• 21/2pounds of chopped lamb
• 8ounces of chopped carrots
• 1lb of chopped potatoes
• 21/2 cups of beef broth
• 3 – 4 cups water
• 2 cups chopped cabbage
• sea salt & pepper to taste

Steps

1.  Mix olive oil, garlic and onions and heat in slow-cooker for 2-5 minutes.
2. Turn up heat heat and drop in lamb and accompanying spices, and then everything else, stir turn heat back down to low or medium, and let cook for about 4 hours.
