In the wine making process, there is always a small amount of liquid that evaporates from the barrel during the aging stage. This is called the "angels’ share", because it disappears into the sky. Every once in a while, we like to bring you a bite-sized sampling of content that would have otherwise been lost to editing, or that is so significant that its value cannot be overstated. Today’s Angel’s Share offering happens to be both. It is carved from our latest episode (#52 – THE PERFECT STALKER), in which we say goodbye to Rachel’s illustrious cat Pierce. Rachel tells us how he came into her life nearly two decades ago, as well as some of her favorite stories from his kittenhood that can only be heard in this outtake.
