Why be obedient? The act of obedience builds up the power to obey within us. It's a safeguard in the time of temptation. Being obedient to even traffic laws has spiritual benefits. If you break a law you will upset the good habit of being obedient so that when the temptation comes-and it always comes-you will have less strength to follow the Holy Spirit in the face of a more difficult temptation.
📖 Titus 3:1 "Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good."
