The world of the near future is a familair place that looks about the same as now, except women have lost the ability to bear children, and the youngest person on the planet is 18 years old and a worldwide celebrity. Theo (Clive Owen) joins his ex wife on a mission to deliver a pregnant woman to the care of a vigilante group called The Human Project to further the future of the human race.
