Thanks for joining the Fringe this week. There's plenty on this segment to think about. Why do you always want more? Why do you always want to be right? Why are we willing to be so right that we will damage a relationship for it? Skeptics let me equip you some more. If you know someone that calls themself a Christian yet is boastful/strongly opinionated ask them the following. 1. You are a Christian right? 2. You believe in this Jesus Dude? 3. What did he say were the two greatest commandments? (pause, wait and see if they actually know the answer to it). Whether they know the answer or not, it is Love God and Love Others. If you need to educate them, good. If they know it, even better. 4. Based on that, it seems to me your Jesus Dude was more concerned about the hearts of others vs. winning debates. 5. Do you know what your Jesus Dude called the religious elite that would make themselves high and mighty and look down on others? Hypocrites.
Ending on a song note, this is an old school grab made by an artist named Rodriguez made famous by a documentary on Netflix. A wild story who was living in poverty in Detroit and was very famous somewhere else in the World and didn't even know it. I'll try to save some mystery for you. If you dig, please give Rodriguez some love and subscribe to his music, this is 'Crucify Your Mind' by Rodriguez...
