Description

Yes!  You are in!  "Worrying is Futile", it is inevitable at times and it is also futile.  Unless you have magic powers to change something - you don't.  So here is the Play of the Day.  Another Dr. Lorrits.  If you dig, full show details where you can find that entire message at the end of this episode.  Here you go...

Word!  Joker mentioned Phil 4:8 last week.  That you need to Phil 4:8 it.  I'll say Phil 4-6-8 it.  Do not worry about anything.  Pray about anything.  There is your worship instead of worry mindset.  Turn worry into worship every time.  Lift what you don't like.  Give thanks for what is worthy.  If you do that enough, you will experience God's peace.

If you listened to FriDudes long enough, you'll know we believe God also put us on earth to lean/need others at times.  Find your group of people that think like Marcus, Casey, Rod, G, Nate, Milk, Peter, etc.  Find the positive voices.  Minimize the negative voices.  That may mean less social media as well.

It also may mean you need a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist.  I've used them all and I give God thanks for those trained to help heal.

To hear more of Dr. Lorrits.  You can find that one back at the Southwest.com well.  Man, they have been putting out some great stuff lately.  "A Special Message from Dr. Crawford Lorrits", published on 10/5/2020.

Ending on a song note, HotRod striking again.  A fun, light song, not super deep, this is "Don't Worry" by Bob Marley.  Everything is going to be alright.  For some of you, I know that may be hard to believe.  This is where taking a chance and faith comes in.  Jesus promises tough times for the best of the best on this broken planet.  Also promises, an amazing life away from sickness, tears, hate, etc.  That is where it will ultimately not just be alright, it will be amazing.

Now go!  Keep going, keep praying, keep finding the right hearts to encourage you. keep your head up.  Much love...
