My knees hurt when I ran, but I wanted to run. This is the story of learning how to run without pain. It it not a fast story, but it has taught me dedication while also changing my life. In this episode, I share about how the combo of foam rolling, stretching and strength building made me a stronger and faster runner. This story is also about breath and why I think flow vinyasa yoga works well for me.
