I met the new girlfriend, I re-homed my dog, I sat with my back agains the tree, George, and realized how we're all walking each other home.
The quote "we're all just walking each other home" by Ram Dass has always felt like it's talking about walking toward death to me. In this moment, sitting on the tree, I realized the phrase means so much more.
