Description

Oftentimes when we look at the list of things that are stressing us out, we feel overwhelmed and we aren't sure where to start.  On this week's episode I talk about where I started when it came to decreasing stress and increasing resilience.  These steps were challenging because they required me to shift some pretty ingrained habits but over time I realized that I actually had more to give when I wasn't exhausted.  I also realized that when I did say yes I could show up fully.  In an effort to help you scale back your commitments, I share an story about thinning peach trees and invite you to thin some of the commitments you have and to be patient with yourself in the process.
