Remember when we were little and people would ask us what we wanted to be when we grew up? Somehow between here and there, we've lost sight of what we want "to be" and have replaced it with a long list of what "to do".
In this episode, we challenge ourselves and others to ditch the to-do list and instead, consider what we want to be. Life will always be full of tasks, but at the end of the day it is how we do them and how we make others feel in the process that really matters.
