Description

Since Adam & Eve sinned in Eden, there has been a need for a "go between" with God and man. God Himself provided for such a "go between" in the work and person of a priest. It was God who established the office of a priest and designated his purposes, duties and responsibilities. From early in Genesis, the work of the priest was performed, the most striking example being that of Melchizedek. We want to examine the priesthood in the various dispensations beginning with the age of the patriarchs (from Adam to Moses).
