On this day, let me encourage you to GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO BE VULNERABLE. Never bypass your feelings when you are hurt, mad, sad, embarrassed, humiliated, and etc. Deal with your feelings. "Feel it but do not set up camp there." Quoted by Stacy Dewberry. It's okay to express your feelings and sit in them to figure out what really is the problem instead of projecting them unto other people. Because you will do more harm than good projecting your feelings. It is your self-care right to diligently care for your heart for out of it flows the issues of life. Seek a therapist to be vulnerable with, someone who is unbiased and nonjudgmental.
