Liz Hartman moved to India for a job in 2016 and never moved back. She met her Tamil husband on Tinder and quickly realized she had met "the one". Since then, Liz has founded SWIATLO, a slow fashion brand upcycling sari fabric into versatile, timeless pieces that will last a lifetime. She also works with local production partners; Master G to train women in entrepreneurship and high level tailoring and Women Fiber to Fashion to employ women survivors of human trafficking.
