I don’t know how many people I have tried to save or tried to work with when I know deep down, they are no longer a good fit for my preschool. I’ve learned the hard way that I must separate my professional self from my personal self and that I cannot get too personal with my employees. After all, the children must come first in the daycare environment. Know the signs when it's time to say goodbye to an employee that you don't want to let go.
