Stress is extremely harmful to the body. Even mainstream medicine is recognizing how many diseases stress causes. So why does everyone feel it and is there a way to  deal with it?

The answer to this lies with developing a sense of awareness through your own  experience.
As human beings we are inundated with all sorts of information and challenges and we have had to learn and adapt over centuries how to look after ourselves. This has sometimes been successful and more recently it's been cause for concern.

This episode is here to help you develop emotionally, which is in turn will help you have an inner sense of security. The feeling of being emotionally stable and calm is your greatest ally throughout your life and it take practice. And whilst sometimes you'll better at it than others, ultimately it will echo out and help yourself and all the people  in your sphere of influence..

Stress comes in the form of a feeling when the mind is observing and wanting things to be different than  the way it is. This causes  split energy, tension and leads to emotional imbalance.

Stress starts in the mind and if not dealt with stores in the body. This episode will give you insight how to deal with it better.
