 In this episode I discuss the topic of why we are all here - to experience the joy of being alive. 

However it doesn't always feel like that, and sometimes happiness can feel like it's just a fleeting emotion.

What you will learn and discover in this episode are over 27 ways  I have used to make myself happier daily for almost 2 decades so you can also  turn up your own happiness quota. (At one time I was the exact opposite!!)

Note: to self - progress not perfection is the way.

( I'm not always happy but I find myself being happy the majority of the time thanks to these wellbeing tips.)


Is it possible to become happier - YES !!

Whilst emotions are natural and you need to own them,  happiness is a choice only you can make.
