In this episode I discuss  breaking free from negativity.

'Make peace with where you are and train your thoughts positively one by one'.

Negativity is choice much like positivity is a choice. Why do  some humans have a more of an optimistic outlook verses others?

The answer lies in the focused awareness of the individual. Whether you've been practising negativity or positivity consciously or unconsciously or perhaps a bit of both (like most people) - either way you have trained and practiced your vibe to that outlook.

If you are experiencing a lot of negativity right now, this episode is a  'wake up' call to help you become more conscious of your thoughts and get back control.
