In this episode I disclose some of my personal habits to reducing stress using the body, mind and soul. We all feel stressed from time to time but the real question is, when a challenge comes how do you cope? And, what are your coping strategies? 

Most people have poor coping strategies which leads to poor life choices and consequently suffer further. I have both succeeded and failed and only when I began to make better choices things shifted. I have  tried and tested the tips I share in today's episode - go listen in and remind yourself of some things you already know and learn some new techniques that will empower you. Remember they only work, when you work them.
