In this episode I discuss  how to start your day  to get on a HIGH vibe. 

There's so much evidence online and in books of what the most successful people do, and everyone is different, yet,  there is a common denominator - every one of those case studies  has a morning routine and ritual of sorts.

In your life what do you want?  more energy,  more calm,  more happiness,  greater health? more money?  better relationships? All of these things I bet.. and they require positive energy.

I have been on a health and wellbeing spiritual mission for most of my adult life, always curious to see how good life could get for me naturally.  And, I am amazed at the energy and calm I now have as a result of implementing a  great morning routine

 - especially when that was NOT  the case in my experience. .


 But life  did begin to change and shift  gradually.
And I want to show you it's possible too. .

Life is all about balance. And whilst you can't control everything, you can put into  place some optimal morning habits that  help you attract better, feel better and bring you greater health, happiness, inner calm and confidence.
