You will then hear about an inspiring story from my local meditation community in Nowra. A somewhat similar story to mine, a local man (Barron Hanson) leaving the high-stress world of New York advertising to bring mindfulness and wellness to his hometown.
I share this because it's something that brought solace during this time - is my meditation community and an opportunity to lose myself in a "wisdom talk" that explored the difference between a conscious and a commercial business.
And it got me thinking about building our businesses the RIGHT way, which I'm becoming increasingly passionate about.
