Jacqui Davidson and Lisa Parker re-create the recipe for plum pudding from the John Gosling 1742 Cookbook. The John Gosling Cookbook is a handwritten book dating back to the Georgian-era containing recipes for sweet, savoury, medicinal, beverages, preserves and beauty. The book also changed hands at a Mr Bakers fate in 1827 where the new owner described it as 'very antique' and also continued to add recipes into the book.
