Jacqui Davidson and Lisa Parker re-create the recipe for Catchup from the John Gosling 1742 Cook Book. The John Gosling Cook Book is a handwritten book dating back to the Georgian-era containing recipes from various cooks both female and male. The book contains recipes for sweet, savoury, medicinal, beverages, preserves and beauty. The book also changed hands at a Mr Bakers fate on the 15th August 1827 where the new owner described it as 'very antique' and also continued to add recipes into the book. Music attribution -
