This weeks episode we sat down with Cara, better known as @skinbycara_ to pick her brain on all things skincare. Cara shares with us how she made a career change from being an ER nurse during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic to creating a successful medical aesthetics practice in Maine.

As important as it is to learn about the different types of procedures its even more important to be informed on best practices and how to find a trustworthy and reliable practice and what questions to ask.
