Liz and Ashley talk about how they view they handle these situations if they are the girl coming in to meet the group of girls or what to do if you are the group of girls.
The girls also chat about how silly first impressions can be. Ever catch yourself saying, "when I first met you I thought you were mean and scary!" but now I know you are SO nice. Ashley and Liz chat about having grace with someone when making a first impression and realize that at the end of the day, they aren't everything and not always a great representation of someones personality.
